I'm Angela, wife, mother, and lover of Christ and wellness. I work with moms who's schedules can be chaotic and overwhelming and help them to achieve their best health with short effective workouts.
I've been in the health and wellness industry for 6 years in various positions and gyms. As a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in postpartum corrective exercise and glute specialization, I get to help moms feel and look their best with effective exercise post-baby and beyond.
As a busy mom of 4, I can understand how hard fitting in time to take care of yourself can be. That's why I created the Fit Mom Membership so moms like you and I running busy households have plenty of fitness options with the workout times we need to workout at home.
With my specialization in postpartum corrective exercise, I get to help moms improve their urinary incontinence, improve their diastasis recti and help moms eliminate "flat butt" syndrome. Whether you have a diastasis recti, prolapse or a hypertonic pelvic floor, I have a program that can help you improve your symptoms.
