Cancellation Policy
We want your Modern Fit Moms membership experience to be simple, transparent and easy to understand.
Please review the following membership, billing, cancellation and refund terms before purchasing a Modern Fit Moms membership.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew each month until canceled.
You may cancel at any time. Canceling your membership prevents your next monthly payment from being charged. You will continue to have access to the membership through the end of your current paid billing period.
Monthly membership payments that have already been processed are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are paid upfront and provide 12 months of membership access. Your membership will automatically renew annually unless canceled before your next renewal date.
Canceling your annual membership does not cancel or refund the annual term you already purchased. Cancellation simply prevents your membership from renewing for another year.
After canceling, you will continue to have access through the end of your current paid annual membership term unless a refund has been approved and processed.
7 Day Annual Membership Refund Policy
First-time annual membership purchases are eligible to request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests must be submitted within the 7 day period.
If a refund is approved and processed, your membership access will end immediately. You will no longer have access to CoreLIFT, CoreRevive, workouts, programs, resources or the member community.
After 7 calendar days, annual membership purchases are non-refundable and will not be prorated, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Automatic Renewals
Your membership automatically renews according to the billing plan you selected unless you cancel before your next billing date.
It is the member's responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if they do not wish to renew.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not refund payments that have already been processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
How Cancellation Works
You may cancel your membership through your account at any time.
Canceling does not immediately remove your membership access. You will retain access through the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for.
If a refund is approved and processed, your membership access will end immediately.
