5 Days Per Week  

Train 5 days a week with a strategic split that includes full body, glute-focused, lower body, chest/triceps/shoulders, and back & biceps workouts, repeated each week for balanced, effective results.

My passion for health & fitness started when serving in the Army National Guard. I became a certified personal trainer in 2012 and haven't looked back. My passion for women's health continued to grow as I continued to hit road blocks in my own fitness journey with prolapse, leaking, diastasis recti & barriers around nutrition & weightloss after my 4th baby.

Health & Fitness for moms should be easy and attainable and I believe every mom should be able to workout easily in the comfort of her home with a simple plan to follow.
