More Than Corrective Exercise

You deserve more than being told to stop lifting, avoid impact or “just do Kegels.”

Pelvic floor symptoms can make you question every workout. You may wonder whether an exercise is safe, whether you are managing pressure correctly or whether becoming stronger will make your symptoms worse.

Private coaching gives you direct feedback, meaningful exercise modifications and the support needed to progress instead of continuing to guess.

  • Build total-body strength without ignoring your pelvic floor.
  • Learn breathing and pressure-management strategies you can use while lifting.
  • Address mobility restrictions, strength deficits and compensation patterns.
  • Progress beyond basic rehab exercises and return to the fitness you enjoy.

Perform with greater strength and confidence

Progress into meaningful strength training, lifting, impact and athletic movement based on your body, goals, symptoms and readiness.

Is This for You?

Private coaching may be the right next step if…

You are ready for individual support that considers both your pelvic floor symptoms and your larger strength and fitness goals.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Experience leaking with sneezing, coughing, running, jumping or lifting.
  • Experience prolapse-related pressure, heaviness or the feeling that something is falling out.
  • Have diastasis recti and are unsure how to progress your core and strength exercises.
  • Have completed pelvic floor physical therapy but still feel uncertain about returning to strength training.
  • Want to lift weights while learning how to manage pressure and symptoms.
  • Feel stuck between corrective exercise and the workouts you actually want to do.
  • Need accountability, direct feedback and exercise modifications.
  • Want to build strength, improve performance and feel more confident in your body.

This may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are looking for a quick fix rather than a progressive training process.
  • Are unwilling or unable to consistently attend sessions and follow your training plan.
  • Do not enjoy strength training or have no interest in becoming stronger.
  • Are seeking a medical diagnosis or an internal pelvic floor examination. I am a personal trainer and cannot provide medical diagnoses or internal examinations. Please seek care from a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist or another licensed medical professional for these services.
  • Are experiencing severe or unexplained pain, bleeding or other symptoms that require medical evaluation.
  • Are fewer than six weeks postpartum or have not received appropriate clearance to exercise.

The Benefit of Private Coaching

Stop guessing whether you are doing the “right” exercises.

A list of pelvic floor exercises cannot tell you how your body is moving, where you are compensating or why a specific exercise may cause symptoms for you.

During private sessions, I can watch your movement, adjust your position, help you understand what you should be feeling and modify exercises in real time.

As you become stronger, we continue progressing your training rather than repeating the same basic exercises indefinitely.

  • Immediate feedback on your movement and exercise form.
  • Modifications that still allow you to train productively.
  • A clearer understanding of when to progress, adjust or temporarily pull back.
  • Support through symptom fluctuations, setbacks and new goals.
  • Coaching that considers the whole body—not only the pelvic floor.
Angela Mosley, pelvic floor performance and fitness coach

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Angela.

I am a mom of four and personal trainer who understands how defeating it can feel when pelvic floor symptoms begin controlling how you exercise.

I have personally experienced severe leaking, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse. I also know what it feels like to want more than rest, fear-based restrictions and endless basic rehab exercises.

By learning how to connect pelvic floor function with progressive total-body strength training, I was able to return to lifting, impact and the workouts I love.

Now I help women understand their bodies, build strength and move forward without allowing pelvic floor symptoms to define what they are capable of.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Apply

No. You may apply whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply experience symptoms such as leaking, pressure, heaviness, core weakness or abdominal separation. Coaching does not replace evaluation or treatment from a licensed medical provider when those services are needed.
No. I am a certified personal trainer, not a physical therapist. I do not perform internal pelvic floor examinations, diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment. My role is to help bridge the gap between foundational pelvic floor work and progressive strength and fitness training.
Not everyone needs to complete pelvic floor physical therapy before coaching. However, I may recommend that you see a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist or another medical provider if your needs fall outside my scope of practice.
We will review your history, symptoms and goals; complete a full-body movement assessment; identify important strength and mobility considerations; practice breathing and pressure-management strategies; and complete your first coaching session.
Package One includes one private session per week and access to CoreLIFT, with modifications and additional exercises provided as needed. Package Two includes two private sessions per week, CoreLIFT access and fully customized strength and corrective exercise programming for your in-person sessions.
Both options include access to CoreLIFT for independent training. I may provide modifications, corrective exercises or additional accessory exercises based on your needs. Package Two’s fully customized programming applies to your private in-person sessions.
Coaching continues monthly at the frequency included in your selected option. Your sessions will continue to progress based on your goals, consistency, response to training and current symptoms.
