LOVED the integrated approach to the Reclaim program. I started it 6 weeks postpartum. It was exactly what I needed postpartum for so many reasons. I loved that I could turn it on and not have to come up with a plan of what to do. I previously did pilates and a fair amount of working out through the years, but I needed something I could just turn on and know that the workouts were going to be safe for my postpartum body. With 3 kids, I did not want to have to think about creating a plan. I loved that you included the rest/ foam rolling days every 3-4 days. That made a significant difference. I did every single workout and stuck to the plan 100% and I felt my body really start to shift on week 6. The last 2 weeks of the program was great for me to continue to gain further strength and prepare for the next program that I did, which was Mama Muscles.
