By enrolling in this 1:1 coaching program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Commitment: You are fully committed to attending scheduled sessions and completing the agreed-upon program. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  2. Payments: All payments are non-refundable. Payment options must be discussed and confirmed prior to starting the program.

  3. Personal Responsibility: You understand that fitness coaching requires active participation and commitment. You acknowledge that any results achieved are directly related to your level of participation.

  4. Medical Disclaimer: This program does not substitute for medical advice. You are encouraged to consult your physician before beginning any fitness program.

  5. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during the program will remain confidential.

1:1 Coaching & Accountability with CoreLIFT

1:1 Coaching & Accountability through the CoreLIFT Method 

What's included: 

  • Assessment coaching call- Walk through movement & barriers assessments together to determine possible barriers in body (please note it is not a diagnosis)
  • Create a plan together to break through barriers that are holding you back 
  • May receive additional exercises to incorporate into your program for personalization 
  • Get access to CoreLIFT Method the 12 week strength training program for moms who want to rebuild strength and pelvic floor. 
  • 2nd 1:1 45 minute Coaching call to be completed when the client needs or at the end of the program to discuss and plan next steps.

  • Receive personalized macros/calories to reach your goals
  • Sleep, lifestyle & movement assessment 
  • Personalized plan to breakthrough plateaus
