CoreLIFT Method is a 12 week fitness program with a mix of strength training and pelvic floor corrective exercises, the perfect match to restore pelvic floor function to love your body again.

PHASE 1 FOUNDATION & PELVIC FLOOR RESTORATION

Objective: Establish a strong foundation with a focus on pelvic floor activation and foundational strength training. Break through common barriers so your pelvic floor can continue to get stronger and handle a larger load.

Duration: 4 weeks 30-40 minutes

Workouts: 3 Full Body Strength Workouts with demo videos & workout trackers + 2 Pelvic Floor specific full follow along workouts 

PHASE 2 BUILD  Strength Building with Pelvic Floor Support

Objective: Build upon strength movements while maintaining pelvic floor support and function. In this phase we advanced our main movement patterns to build more strength. Introduce single leg movements & higher impact movements to prepare you for jumping.

Duration: 4 weeks 30-40 minutes

Workouts:  4 Full Body Strength Workouts with demo videos & workout trackers + 1 Pelvic Floor specific full follow along workout.

PHASE 3 ADVANCED Strength and Functional Training

Objective: Achieve advanced strength and functional movement while ensuring pelvic floor health. We take it up a notch and primarily focus on strength training and higher impact moves.

Duration: 4 weeks 30-40 minutes

Workouts:  3 full body Workouts with demo videos & workout trackers + 1 Pelvic Floor specific full follow along workout.. & 1 HIIT full follow along workout
