My passion for health & fitness started when serving in the Army National Guard. I became a certified personal trainer in 2012 and haven't looked back. My passion for women's health continued to grow as I continued to hit road blocks in my own fitness journey with prolapse, leaking, diastasis recti & barriers around nutrition & weightloss after my 4th baby.

Health & Fitness for moms should be easy and attainable and I believe every mom should be able to workout easily in the comfort of her home with a simple plan to follow.

I am a pre & postnatal corrective exercise specialist, GGS Women's Health Coach, NASM Nutrition Coach & more. You'll be in good hands with my workout programs all you have to do is hit play and follow along with my cueing, tips & recommendations to a healthier fitter you.
